Cheesy Sardines

Shredded (grated) parmesan cheese
Sardines
Chopped parsley
Lemon juice
2 slices of thick bread

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C)

Begin by draining the sardines. Lightly toast two slices of thick bread and then place on a baking sheet.

Arrange the sardines on top of the toast and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake for about five minutes until the cheese has melted. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley and lemon juice. Serve immediately.
